Siracusa is a family-owned Italian eatery and bar sitting in the heart of Helensvale on the Gold Coast. We cook the way Italian families cook: with patience, good produce, and recipes worth passing on.
Every pasta is made in-house. Our pizzas follow tradition without apology. Seafood comes from local waters, landed fresh and treated simply. Pull up a chair on the alfresco terrace, pour a glass from the bar, and stay a while.

Stone-baked and generously topped. Our bases are slow-proved and our sauces are cooked down from whole tomatoes, no shortcuts.

Queensland waters supply the freshest catch. We source locally and let the quality speak, with light preparation and bold flavour.
